Before you book
Four steps from route choice to handlebar. Each step lists what we need from you and what we hand over at the yard.
Compare distance, ride time, battery range and stop count in the route ledger, then note the date and start time you want.
Fill in the booking form with rider count, route name, height range and a phone number we can reach on the day.
We reply within two hours during depot hours. The deposit, rental price and damage waiver stay on separate lines, so nothing is hidden in one total.
Arrive ten minutes early with photo ID and a card for the deposit. We fit the helmet, mount your phone and walk the controls before you roll out.
Reserve your route
Send your ride date, group size and preferred route. We reply with availability, the exact price breakdown and your handover time at the depot.

Depot and handover
One depot in central Kyiv. Bring your booking reference and a photo ID; the handover takes about ten minutes.
Two minutes from Zoloti Vorota station. Bikes are kept at the courtyard entrance, not the street front.
Last handover is 45 minutes before closing. Out-of-hours pickup is arranged by phone one day ahead.
Calling ahead helps: your bike is held for one hour past the booked slot.
Helmets are required on every route. Pavement riding and park access after dusk are not permitted.
