Safety and Helmet Policy
These rules apply to every ride booked through softwarecomopany.com (LLC, Kyiv, Ukraine).
1. Helmet and protective gear
A certified helmet, fastened at all times while the vehicle is moving, is mandatory. Helmets must meet EN 1078, CPSC 16 CFR 1203 or an equivalent standard, fit correctly and be undamaged. Riding without a helmet ends the ride without refund.
2. Age restrictions
Minimum age is 18. Riders aged 16–17 need written parental consent and valid photo ID. One rider per vehicle; passengers and children are not permitted.
3. Traffic law compliance
Riders must follow the Road Traffic Rules of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Road Traffic” and Kyiv local ordinances. Use cycle lanes or the right-hand edge of the carriageway, obey signals, give way to pedestrians, and never ride under the influence of alcohol, drugs or impairing medication.
4. Prohibited practices
- Riding on pavements, pedestrian zones, motorways or metro crossings.
- Riding at night without lights and reflective elements.
- Phone use, headphones in both ears or one-handed riding.
- Stunts, racing, towing, carrying cargo or modifying the vehicle.
5. Vehicle specifications
- Electric kick scooter, 350 W rated motor.
- Max speed 25 km/h; max load 100 kg.
- Battery 36 V, 7.8 Ah; range up to 25 km.
- Front electronic and rear disc brakes.

6. Incident reporting
Report any accident, injury or defect within 24 hours.
