This Policy applies to every rental booking made through softwarecomopany.com for accommodation in Kyiv and Lviv.
1. Cancellation windows
- More than 7 days before check-in — full refund of the rental price and cleaning fee.
- 48 hours to 7 days before check-in — 50% refund of the rental price.
- Less than 48 hours before check-in — the rental price is non-refundable.
2. Security deposits
A refundable security deposit may be requested at check-in. It is returned to the original payment method within 7 business days of check-out, less any documented damage or unpaid consumption.
3. Mandatory fees and taxes
The local tourist tax in Ukraine, cleaning fees and other mandatory charges are refunded only when the cancellation falls within a free-cancellation window or when no stay took place. Tourist tax is never charged for nights not stayed.
4. No-show
Failure to arrive without prior notice is treated as a cancellation made less than 48 hours before check-in; no refund is due.
5. Weather, restrictions and force majeure
If an official government travel ban, air-raid related restriction or other force majeure event prevents your stay, we offer free rebooking within 12 months or a full refund of amounts paid.

Send your request in writing to contact@softwarecomopany.com or call +380 688 560 7603. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
